Summer festival season is just around the corner and we’re more than ready to kick things off in the best mood possible. And if you think all the highlights only happen in June — think again. August still has some massive events in store, including the Reload Festival 2026 in Sulingen. For three days straight, it’s all about heavy music, good vibes and festival madness. Here’s everything you need to know about tickets, line-up, camping and more.

When and where does Reload Festival 2026 take place?

Reload Festival traditionally takes place in Sulingen, Lower Saxony, Germany. This year’s edition runs from August 13 to August 15, so make sure to mark those dates in your calendar. Right in the middle of the small town, the biggest names in rock and metal will take over the festival grounds at “Im langen Lande”.

Where can I get tickets?

Tickets for the festival are available through the official website. At the moment, you can still get phase 2 tickets including camping for all three festival days.

Whether day tickets will become available depends on the remaining ticket contingent shortly before the festival starts. Currently, around 80% of all tickets are already sold out, so we honestly wouldn’t wait too long. Better grab yours now.

This year’s line-up

One look at the festival poster makes it clear: this one is absolutely worth it. This year, Judas Priest, In Flames and Arch Enemy will headline the festival in Sulingen. On top of that, you can also look forward to Lamb Of God, The Ghost Inside, Imminence, Paleface Swiss, thrown, Of Mice & Men, Stick To Your Guns, Terror, Fit For An Autopsy and many more. And for a little extra party atmosphere in between all the breakdowns, even the Vengaboys will be there. Boom, boom, boom, boom…

You can find the complete Reload Festival 2026 line-up on the official festival poster.

The timetable has not been released yet, but it will most likely be announced a few weeks before the event begins. Keep an eye on the festival’s channels for updates.

Arrival, parking and camping

If you’re camping on-site, you can already arrive on Wednesday — one day before the official festival start — for a small additional fee. Regular arrival starts on Thursday. Departure will most likely be possible until Sunday at 2 PM, though exact details will be announced closer to the festival.

Camping is allowed next to your car, inside your vehicle or in a camper van. If you need or want to move your vehicle during the festival, you should use the commuter parking lot instead. Always coordinate this with the staff on-site, because once you leave the camping area with your car, you won’t be allowed back onto the campsite.

Visitors who are not camping and staying elsewhere overnight can use the designated commuter parking lots.

Of course, you can also easily reach the festival grounds via public transport. From the train stations in Bassum, Nienburg or Diepholz, you can take a bus to Sulingen and get off at the “ZOB” stop. From there, it’s just a short walk via Parkstraße and Lindener Straße to the festival grounds.

Camping tickets are already included in the combo tickets. Barrier-free camping and silent camping options are also available. You can find additional information, camping rules and all arrival and parking options in the official festival information, including the general site map.

Food, drinking water and payment

Inside the infield, you’ll find various food stands offering pretty much everything your heart desires. The stands are expected to open from Wednesday on the forecourt and from Thursday inside the infield itself. There’s also the option to book a daily breakfast buffet from 7 AM to 12 PM or coffee and cake between 3 PM and 5 PM. Sounds pretty good, right? Free drinking water will also be available at several stations across the site.

Payments can be made in cash as well as by EC/Girocard at the Reload merch stand and the beverage stands. Additionally, EC and credit card terminals will be available at both the Reload merch stand and the cash desk container, allowing you to withdraw money whenever needed.

Entry, safety and accessibility

To enter the festival, you’ll need to exchange your ticket for a festival wristband, just like at most festivals. This is possible from Wednesday at 4 PM as well as from Thursday to Saturday between 9 AM and midnight at the ticket containers located on the plaza.

Make sure to check beforehand which items you are allowed to bring onto the festival grounds. Lockers for valuables are available on-site and can be booked in advance.

The festival also offers accessible facilities and services for people with disabilities. Accessible sanitary facilities, dedicated wheelchair areas and assistance from trained staff are available throughout the event. Detailed preparation information can be found under the section “Handicap Camp”.

Impericon booth at Reload 2026

Of course, we’ll also be there again with our own booth right in the middle of the infield. You’ll find band merch from all your favourite artists at our stand. Stop by, grab yourself a cool piece and come hang out with us. We can’t wait to see you there.
