You're free to choose any shipping carrier for your return. We recommend using an insured shipping option so that you can claim compensation from the carrier in case of loss. Be sure to keep the proof of postage in a safe place.

For UK customers
Please send your return request to shop.en@impericon.com and provide us with your order number and full address details, as well as the items you want to return.
We will then send you a free returns slip from DHL. You can use the packaging of your order again, prepare another box or wrap it up with packaging paper. Please make sure it is packed safely, so nothing will drop out.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by you. We recommend using a service with shipment tracking.

We cover the cost for returns and will provide you with a free return label.

You can return your goods to us within 30 days of receipt.

We don't offer direct exchanges.

Once we've received and processed your return, we'll automatically refund your money so you can place a new order for the replacement items you'd like.

As soon as your parcel has reached us and been checked, we'll process your refund. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you used a gift or purchased voucher on your order, the proportional voucher value will automatically be reloaded onto your voucher code when you return items.

Discount codes are applied proportionally and percentage-based across all line items, depending on each item's value. That means you only paid a partial amount per item, and that partial amount is what will be refunded for the return.
