What do Priority Handling and DHL GoGreen mean?

Priority Handling:
We process your order with priority and hand it over to the shipping carrier on the same day, or by the following day at the latest (after payment has been received). Please note that all ordered items must be in stock. You can add Priority Handling at checkout for a fee of €1.99.

Please note that this service is provided by us and does not affect the delivery time of the shipping carrier. No shipping takes place on weekends or public holidays!

DHL GoGreen:
With this option you choose climate-neutral shipping for your order. The additional fee of €0.25 offsets the CO2 emissions of your parcel. Your contribution goes into certified CO2 investment programmes (e.g. biomass, wind farms, waste management) and balances out the CO2 emissions of your shipment.


How long does shipping take?

The processing time of your order depends on several factors, in particular the receipt of payment and the availability of the items ordered.

Please note that orders are only shipped once all items are available. Processing and shipping also only take place on business days – there is no shipping on weekends or public holidays.

As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email. It also includes a link to the shipment tracking.


Do you ship internationally? Are there any additional fees (e.g. customs)?

Yes, we ship internationally and send all orders from Germany.

For deliveries abroad, additional costs such as import duties or fees may apply in the destination country. These are levied by the relevant customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient. The amount depends on the import regulations of the country in question.

Before placing your order, please check with your local customs office regarding any possible import fees and regulations.


Are partial deliveries possible?

We ship orders together in a single parcel as soon as all items are available. Partial deliveries are therefore unfortunately not possible.


When will I receive my tracking information?

Your tracking information will be sent to you by email in a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Important! With some shipping carriers it can take a few days for the status to update from "Label/Parcel Created" – especially when there's a weekend in between – as there is usually no extra scan when the parcel is collected from our warehouse.


What happens if my shipment couldn't be delivered?

On the next business day, your shipment will be available for pickup there for seven business days.

If no one is at home at the time of delivery, your parcel will either be left with a neighbour or taken to a nearby post office. On the next business day, your shipment will be available for pickup there for seven business days.

Please make sure to pick up your parcel in time, or that someone else can accept the shipment for you.

If the parcel isn't picked up within the deadline, it will be sent back to us and we'll refund you the purchase amount.
