You're a huge fan of certain bands on the Impericon Festival 2026 lineup, but don’t have the time to listen through every single act? No shame there—after all, besides the headliners Architects, Babymetal, Rise Against, and Landmvrks, there are plenty more bands to discover. To make it easier for you to decide when it’s time for mosh pits and stage, and when it’s time for food stalls and strawberry punch, we’ve put together some tailored suggestions for you—of course with direct links for focused listening. Let’s go!
For Architects Fans
If you’re into modern metalcore à la Architects, you might also enjoy the shows by Landmvrks, We Came As Romans, and Future Palace this summer.
On stage, Landmvrks will mainly shine with songs from their last two releases Lost In The Waves (2021) and The Darkest Place I’ve Ever Been (2025). Expect plenty of mosh potential and sing-along anthems, with a bit of French rap mixed in. Check out one of the singles from the new album here:
We Came As Romans released their new album ALL IS BEAUTIFUL…BECAUSE WE’RE DOOMED in summer 2025—here’s a strong first impression of it:
At the end of 2025, German post-hardcore/metalcore band Future Palace presented their new single “Deep Blue,” which they’ll be taking on a major tour in late 2026, so you might already get to experience the atmospheric single live at Impericon Festival:
For Rise Against Fans
If you’re especially looking forward to the big Rise Against show, you should also highlight The Menzingers, Montreal, and 100 Kilo Herz on your daily schedule. They’re bringing solid doses of punk rock from Philadelphia, Hamburg, and straight out of Leipzig to the Impericon Festival.
For The Menzingers’ set, just give their current album Some Of It Was True a listen:
100 Kilo Herz have a fresh album out: Hallo, Startblock was released in 2025 and delivers plenty of punk power:
Montreal released their new record Am Achteck Nichts Neues in 2024—here’s the title track to check out right away:
For Landmvrks Fans
If Landmvrks are one of your personal highlights, make sure to also check out bands like Boundaries, Dying Wish, and Get The Shot—there will definitely be nonstop headbanging and moshing.
Here’s one of many strong tracks from Boundaries’ current album Death Is Little More:
Dying Wish are currently delivering one heavy hitter after another on their new album Flesh Stays Together. Here’s one of them:
Get The Shot most recently dropped their new single “Torture Your Corpse” in fall 2025—get straight into pit mode here:
For Babymetal Fans
Perfect timing: Babymetal and Bloodywood, who are also playing Impericon Festival 2026, even recorded two songs together. So if you’re into their joint tracks "Kon! Kon!" and “Bekhauf,” this is your chance to see the full performances of both bands on the same day.
For Black Veil Brides Fans
If you’re into the US rockers Black Veil Brides, you shouldn’t miss the shows by Catch Your Breath and The Pretty Wild at Impericon Festival 2026—this is where you’ll get the perfect alternative rock sound for that festival feeling.
Catch Your Breath released their debut studio album Shame On Me in 2023. Now you can check out their new single “Dark”:
At the end of 2025, The Pretty Wild served up their brand-new album zero.point.genesis, and “button eyes” is a great entry point into their music:
For We Came As Romans Fans
If We Came As Romans are right at the top of your list for the upcoming Impericon Festival, you should also check out Sleep Theory, Siamese, Nevertel, and TSS—modern metalcore, rock, and nu-metal sounds.
Let’s start with the opening track from Sleep Theory’s debut album Afterglow:
Next up is the 2024 album Elements by Danish rockers Siamese, which is a prime example of music without genre boundaries—here’s a listening tip:
Nevertel released their new album Start Again just a few months ago, delivering both heavy sounds and strong melodies:
TSS from France also released their latest studio album in 2025. Get an impression of END OF ME with the track below:
