Strategic feature tracks with artists like Bring Me The Horizon and Electric Callboy, along with tours featuring acts from other genres such as Sabaton, helped them further grow their fanbase.
Lyrically, Babymetal often address social themes and are not afraid to be critical. At the same time, empowerment and a positive outlook on life are recurring topics in their songs, supported by the uplifting energy of their music.
The band consists of three core members: Su-Metal, Moametal, and Momometal, who joined in 2023. During live performances, they are supported by dancers and backing musicians. Their live shows are truly unique because the visual staging is just as important as the music itself. Today, they regularly fill arenas outside of their home country Japan with their headlining tours.
