Royal Mail return for Royal Mail / Parcelforce / GLS orders

If you are returning an item please use our free returns service provided by Royal Mail. You will need a working printer to use this service. Please go to: Royal Mail and follow the instructions. You will need your order number and full address details to hand. You can use the packaging of your order again, prepare another box or wrap it up with packaging paper, please make sure it is packed safely so nothing will drop out. Once this is done please take your return to a Royal Mail Post Office, make sure to get a receipt as proof of your return. As we don't offer direct exchanges, you will need to send back your item/items for a refund. You will then be provided with a free shipping voucher code automatically when the return is processed back in order to place a new order for your desired exchange size.

Please pay attention to the following:
Please note the deadline for all returns is 30 days after the arrival of your delivery, you can return any item for whatever reason.
The item has to be unwashed.
Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.
Unsealed CDs, DVDs or Vinyls can not be exchanged.
Total duration: 7 - 14 working days until your refund will be with you.

Your refund will be done within a maximum timeframe of 10 working days after your return has been processed. Depending on the chosen payment method in your order we automatically refund the amount via PayPal or Credit Card.
Please note: You will be refunded for the amount originally paid (excluding your original shipping costs).

Paypal: Refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Credit Card: Refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Do I need a over wrap to return my shoes?

Yes, you do! Please do not use the shoe box as only over wrap and use a protective bag, pading paper or another box.
