Rock and metal aren’t only represented in the award categories at this year’s Grammy Awards. The performers gradually being announced for 2026 also include acts from the heavier scenes. Just yesterday, Spiritbox revealed that they will be performing at this year’s Grammy Awards Premiere Ceremony. Other performers this year include Slash, Duff McKagan (formerly of Guns N’ Roses), and Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers).
In the Best Metal Performance category, Spiritbox are nominated with their song “Soft Spine” from the current album Tsunami Sea, alongside Sleep Token with “Emergence,” Ghost with “Lachryma,” and Turnstile with “Birds.”
