Paleface Swiss keep raising the bar with their song collaborations. After dropping the single “Talk” with Nasty in March and then releasing their collab track “Solara” with Unprocessed in August, they’re already back with new music. This time it’s “Instrument Of War”, created together with Stick To Your Guns.

Background and charity shirt for “Instrument Of War”

The idea for the song was born during their U.S. tour:

"The title was inspired by a Pablo Picasso quote Jesse shared with us on tour:

'No, painting is not done to decorate apartments. It is an instrument of war for attack and defense against the enemy.'

For us, this song is exactly that—our instrument. It’s real, it’s raw, and it comes from a place of standing against oppression and standing up for mental health."

Zelli from Paleface Swiss and Jesse from Stick To Your Guns also said about it:

"I felt like we both relate to this. Our music isn’t just some shit to put on in the background. It’s something real that comes from a real place and it’s meant to attack the things that divide us and defend all the things that bring us together.”

In this spirit, there’s also an official charity shirt available for the song, which you can grab here. All proceeds will be donated to Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF).

There’s also a music video for the track, so check it out here and hear how these two bands sound together:
