The short film was directed by English filmmaker Jonathan Glazer. It features three songs in total: “Un bacio è troppo poco” by Mina, “Hier encore” by Charles Aznavour, and, of course, “(sic)” by Corey Taylor and co.

You can watch and listen to the clip here—“(sic)” kicks in at the 39-second mark.

The track originally appeared on Slipknot’s self-titled debut album, released in 1999. Since then, the masked band from Iowa has released seven full-length records. Most recently, they dropped The End, So Far in 2022, marking their final release via Roadrunner Records.

Hey, I’m Julia, and I’ve been working editorially in the scene for a long time. “It was never just a phase, mom” — from metalcore to emo to nu metal, I’ve loved and lived everything since my teens that lets me scream out my emotions in any situation. When I’m not listening to music, I keep up with news and trends from the scene. You’ll also often find me at concerts and festivals or out on long walks in the fields with my dog.
