If you thought their festival gigs at Nova Rock or Rock for People were already peak Linkin Park – Hannover proved there was even more in the tank.
Linkin Park added seven extra songs compared to Nova Rock, including “Where’d You Go,” “Castle of Glass,” “Waiting for the End,” and “Heavy” – a track that hasn’t seen much stage time in recent years.
Right from the start, they hit hard with chills-inducing openers like “Somewhere I Belong,” “Crawling,” and “Lying From You.” By the time “Castle of Glass,” “One Step Closer,” “Numb,” or “In the End” came around, the energy had fully exploded.
The new tracks – “The Emptiness Machine,” “Overflow,” and “Let You Fade” – blended in perfectly. Fresh and modern, but still unmistakably Linkin Park. The loud and wild finale with “Bleed It Out” brought the night to an epic close.
