In this article, we’ve put together all the key info for the festival in Sulingen — because it’s officially just about one month to go until the 20th anniversary festival kicks off. Let’s dive into the planning!
Where can I get tickets? / Will there be day tickets?
Grab your tickets at reload-festival.de/tickets — but heads up: full weekend passes for Reload Festival 2025 are almost sold out! It’s not yet confirmed whether day tickets will still become available, so if you want to be part of this anniversary celebration, don’t wait too long.
Full Lineup
With 48 bands, the Reload Festival brings you a packed three-day lineup on the Main Stage — including headliners Machine Head, Gojira, I Prevail, and Trivium! More highlights include While She Sleeps, Landmvrks, TBS, Kublai Khan, and many more. Check out the full lineup on the official poster:

Is the running order available yet?
Yes, the running order for the Reload Festival 2025 is online! Of course their might be changes at short notice, so keep in mind to check their social media channels during the festival as well. Check all the confirmed times of your favorite bands here:

Site Map: Festival Grounds & Camping Areas
A labeled site map for both the festival grounds and camping areas will be available soon on the Reload Festival website. Don’t be confused: the current map still shows 2024 info, so double-check the year before planning!
Arrival & Departure
Reload Festival is one of the biggest summer metal festivals in Germany and will take place from August 14–16, 2025, in Sulingen, Lower Saxony.
Early arrival is possible from Wednesday, August 13 between 12 PM and 10 PM. A €15 early arrival fee per person applies and must be paid in cash on site.

Public transport:
Take the train to Bassum, Nienburg, or Diepholz, then hop on a bus to Sulingen ZOB. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk via Parkstraße to the Reload site.
On-site transport:
Two free shuttle trains will take you into town (e.g., to the pool or supermarket) and between the camping and infield areas.
Departure:
You must leave by Sunday at 2 PM. If you plan to leave and return with your car during the festival, be sure to use the designated commuter parking lots.
Food & Drinks: Vendors, Payments, Water & More
Food vendors will be open from Thursday onwards. If you arrive early on Wednesday, bring enough food (note: no glass allowed!). There will be vegan and vegetarian options — a detailed list is coming soon.
Payment at food vendors is cash only, while card payment is available at beverage stands. Free drinking water will be available inside the infield and at the Shit Cities.
A breakfast option will be available as well; you can purchase tickets there. Times are to be announced.
Toilets & Showers
Free mobile toilets will be available across the festival grounds. Shit Cities will offer showers, toilets, and electricity for a small fee — or you can book a flat rate for the full stay. They’ll be open 24/7.
What kind of bag can I bring into the infield?
Organizers recommend hip bags to keep your essentials safe and close. Simple bags and totes up to DIN A4 size are also allowed.
On-Site Services
There will be lockers available, which you can book online. Got questions during the festival? Head to the new Info Container on-site.
