From August 12–15, 2026, the Summer Breeze Festival returns to Dinkelsbühl, and now the next big band announcement has arrived. With Helloween, In Flames, and Arch Enemy, three major headliners had already been confirmed. Now the fourth slot has finally been filled: Eisbrecher will also take the stage as headliners. In addition, acts such as Hatebreed, Skindred, Soulfly (returning to Summer Breeze after almost two decades), Paradise Lost, and more have been announced.

The organizers are correspondingly excited to welcome Soulfly:

“An incredible 19 (!) years after their premiere at SUMMER BREEZE, SOULFLY are finally returning to us!
The so-called groove metal band around Max Cavalera still keep raising the bar live, even nearly 30 years after their formation. So you can be sure that after this long absence, SOULFLY will all the more lay BREEZE to waste! Don’t miss it!”
