Sabaton made Thursday at Gamescom 2025 in Cologne a very special day for all metal and history fans. On-site, fans could shop tons of merch in our official Sabaton pop-up store, and with the Impericon-exclusive “GAMESCOM 2025 Bundle,” you could even grab the new Legends Never Die T-shirt ahead of the album release on October 17.
Of course, Sabaton were also personally present and delivered a high-energy performance full of the band’s classic hits and plenty of beer. For a closer look at the store, the complete setlist and the live show, read on!
Truly Legendary: The Sabaton Pop-Up Store
With a new album on the horizon, the focus of this year’s Sabaton pop-up store was clear. In collaboration with the band, we created a shopping experience centered around the upcoming Legends album and the equally legendary Gamescom. It was amazing to meet you all there — huge thanks to everyone who stopped by!

Gamescom Meets Live Metal: The Full Sabaton Setlist
What a highlight of this year’s gaming convention: with a full set of nearly 90 minutes and the traditional tank on stage, Sabaton once again made history in their own way. From a power-opening with “Ghost Division” to their native-language version of “Carolus Rex”, the emotional performance of “Christmas Truce” and the addition of their new song "Hordes of Khan", it was another thrilling evening for all fans of the Swedish power metal legends.
