We send your order as insured package. We work together with FedEx, applying each package with a tracking number. Each shipment is insured with 500 Euro, protecting you from any shipping risks.
Delivery can take up to 12 business days.

Delivery Time / Availability
The deliverer will try to reach you twice: If the mailman does not meet you personally, he will leave the package with your neighbors. If the mailman does not meet anybody on second attempt, the package will be stored at your local post office, and you will have seven work days time before it will be send back to us.

Import taxes, duty fees and duty costs
For orders which are sent beyond Germany import taxes, duty fees and duty costs can be applied by the country of destination. Import duties and taxes are applied by the respective import customs office and are billed to the receiver. These are dependent on the import regulations of the receiver's country.
