After almost three years, it’s finally time: The second season of the hit series "Wednesday" is now online on Netflix! As of today, the first new episodes are available to stream – though only Part 1 of the season for now. Netflix is keeping us in suspense a bit longer, as Part 2 of the season won’t arrive until September. Here are the dates at a glance:

  • Part 1: August 6, 2025 (Episodes 1–4)
  • Part 2: September 3, 2025 (Episodes 5–8)

Lady Gaga Joins the Cast: With New Song “Dead Dance”

We’re getting eight episodes in total, including familiar cast members like Jenna Ortega as Wednesday herself, as well as new characters – including Nevermore teacher Rosaline Rotwood, played by Lady Gaga. And the actress and singer has contributed even more to the franchise: In the series, we’ll hear her new track “Dead Dance,” which will of course also be released with a music video – though not until around September either. We can already picture the new TikToks with the song!

Whether Season 2 can live up to the hype of Season 1 remains to be seen. Either way, we’re excited to see what’s next for Wednesday and her best friend Enid, who appears to be in danger in the upcoming story…
