Summer already feels far too long ago, and before temperatures drop even further over the holidays, we want to look back once more at the 2025 festival season. After you shared your festival favorites of the year with us in the comments on social media, we’re excited to present your Top 3 Festivals of 2025 today.
1st Place: Summer Breeze
Summer Breeze impressed you the most this year! Taking place in mid-August, the festival featured headliners Machine Head, Gojira, Blind Guardian, and In Extremo. The positive feedback is also reflected in ticket sales for next year, as Summer Breeze 2026 is already sold out!
2nd Place: Reload Festival
Machine Head and Gojira also headlined the Reload Festival, alongside I Prevail and Trivium. Another mid-August festival that you absolutely loved this year. Next year, headliners Judas Priest, In Flames, and Arch Enemy are waiting for you from August 13–15, 2026!
3rd Place: Rock am Ring / Rock im Park
Rock am Ring and Rock im Park both celebrated huge anniversaries this year, which you clearly enjoyed. 40 years of Rock am Ring and 30 years of Rock im Park called for an especially massive lineup. With one strong headliner after another, from Bring Me The Horizon and Slipknot to Sleep Token, they fully delivered. And things won’t slow down next year either, with big names like Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Iron Maiden, Sabaton, and many more already announced. Let’s go!
