Slipknot: “Welcome To Our Neighborhood, Pt.1” Remastered Version is Online

Slipknot have now released Part 1 of their 1999 live film "Welcome To Our Neighborhood" as a remastered version on YouTube. Check it out here!

Back in 1999, Slipknot released their very first live material: Welcome To Our Neighborhood was put out both as a live album and film version, showcasing footage of some of their earliest performances, plus interview material with vocalist Corey Taylor as well as members Mick Thompson and Shawn Crahan. The music videos for “Surfacing” and “Wait & Bleed” are included, just like the “Spit It Out” video that was banned from MTV.

And it is exactly this film that Slipknot have now remastered and seem to be releasing piece by piece on YouTube — pure nostalgia. Part 1, running just under 20 minutes, is already available for you to watch. When Part 2 will follow remains to be seen!
