Within Temptation have presented a new collaboration, this time with Smash Into Pieces. Together, they have created the emotional song “Somebody Like You,” which is already available on YouTube and other major streaming platforms:
Smash Into Pieces explain which themes were at the forefront during the songwriting process and what shaped the track into what it is today:
"18 years ago, we started our career with one simple goal: to help others, through music, find their own engine, their inner drive, and pursue their dreams. That engine is, and always has been, what makes Smash Into Pieces who we are.
Tonight, we get to share a song with a band that has inspired us, that we’ve experienced some of our toughest and grandest moments live with, and that has ultimately helped form our sound.
