After years of absence, the Vans Warped Tour is making its grand return just in time for its 30th anniversary – and the anticipation for the lineup has been huge since the announcement. Now the wait is over: the first wave of bands has been revealed!
On the official X account of the tour, a diverse lineup had already been promised:
"Our lineup is as diverse as ever. Pop-punk, emo, punk, metalcore – it’s all here! From the early years to the newcomers, we’ve got it all. Even acts from genres you might not expect… Mark your calendars! We’re starting to announce the artists in January."
Last night, the moment finally arrived, and the first acts were confirmed. The lineup so far includes: Bowling For Soup, Chandler Leighton, Dance Hall Crashers, Miss May I, Pennywise, and Simple Plan.
