Fans won’t have to wait long, as the new Netflix anime film is set to premiere on February 11, 2025. “The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep” is expected to be the last anime adaptation from this fantasy universe available on the streaming platform.
Additionally, the live-action series will conclude after Season 5, marking the end of this form of adaptation for The Witcher franchise - at least for now. Fortunately, there’s good news for gaming fans, as a new installment in the series, "The Witcher IV", was recently announced, ensuring more content from this beloved universe is on the horizon.

The anime is based on a short story titled “A Little Sacrifice” by Andrzej Sapkowski, the creator and author of The Witcher books. This adaptation marks Netflix’s second anime film in the franchise, following “The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf”, which has been streaming on the platform since 2021.
