We recently migrated the Impericon online shop to a different system. Here are some questions and answers about it.

Do I Need To Create A New Customer Account?

If you already have a customer account with Impericon, it will still exist. To continue using it easily, simply follow this link and set a new password. You should have also received this link via email from us. If you don't have a customer account yet, you can register here.

Where Are My Previous Orders / Pre-Orders?

As part of the switch to the new system, previous orders are no longer visible in the customer account. All orders still exist and will be processed as usual. Once they are shipped, you will receive a notification via email with the tracking information. Unfortunately, wish lists are currently not visible.

How Do I Return Items?

Our service pages are now embedded in a widget located at the bottom left of the website. Alternatively, here is the link to the service pages.

From now on, our online shop can offer you an even better shopping experience, including more payment options and a more convenient checkout. Have fun shopping!

Hi, I’m Anna! As a Content Creator at Impericon, I’m in charge of the editorial management of our online magazine. A born music enthusiast, I combine my passion for writing (usually with a playlist in my ears) with the latest topics from the worlds of rock, metal, core, and entertainment. Personal highlights? All over the place — from Sleep Token and Lorna Shore to Sabaton, with a huge love for anime and fantasy à la Tolkien! When I’m not writing, you’ll usually find me at concerts and conventions.
