Deftones are currently on their short but sweet tour through Australia and New Zealand, and they unpacked a very special track for their fans in Sydney. Rarely played and released over 20 years ago on B-Sides & Rarities, the song is their cover of “Please, Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want” by The Smiths, who originally contributed the track to the soundtrack of the rom-com Pretty In Pink back in 1986.

The Full Setlist from May 3 in Sydney

Deftones spent two consecutive nights at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney—with more shows to follow in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Auckland, New Zealand. They are carrying a large portion of their tracklist from the new album private music in their luggage, accompanied by special guests Interpol and Ecca Vandal.
