Blink-182 seem to be gearing up to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their hit album Take Off Your Pants & Jacket. The #1 record (which topped the charts in both Germany and the US) was released on June 11, 2001, meaning it will celebrate its 25th anniversary just the day after tomorrow.
In an Instagram Story, the band is already teasing fans with the album artwork, and you can sign up for a corresponding mailing list on their website. However, whether we can expect a re-release, a re-recording, or perhaps an anniversary tour cannot yet be deciphered.
Just last Friday, Blink-182 were announced as the first major headliner for Rock am Ring 2027. So, in a year's time at the latest, we will be able to experience the pop-punk icons live again—among other places, right at the Nürburgring.
