The end of an era is near: Sepultura will officially say goodbye to the stage at the end of the year. What has been certain since the announcement of their final tour is now drawing closer and, above all, has been given a concrete date: on November 7, 2026, the band's final concert will take place at the Mercado Livre Arena Pacaembu in their home country of Brazil. It is also certain to be a memorable farewell, as a massive lineup featuring national and international special guests is planned for the show. Among them are the acts Krisiun and Sacred Reich, plus the thrash metal supergroup Metal Allegiance. The latter consists of founder and bassist Mark Menghi, Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater), Alex Skolnick and Chuck Billy (Testament), Phil Demmel (ex-Machine Head), and Troy Sanders (Mastodon).

However, these are likely not the only guests fans can expect to see live on site. Former Sepultura members are also expected to make an appearance, including drummer Jean Dolabella and guitarist Jairo “T.” Guedz. This will presumably make the already emotional farewell concert a whole lot more nostalgic.
