For their new single "R.I.P.", Motionless In White teamed up with singer Skylar Grey not only in the recording studio but also for the music video shoot. She is already well-known for songs like “Last One Standing” ft. Polo G, Mozzy & Eminem from the movie Venom: Let There Be Carnage. The track itself is an emotional ballad duet between her and Chris Motionless, and the frontman commented on the collaboration as follows:
"Skylar's voice brought it to another level that I never could have achieved on my own. I really love the lyrics for this song. Even though I wrote it through a romantic lens, I love that it can be applied to any moment in your life when you've had a falling out with someone you deeply care about, whether that's a best friend, family member, or romantic partner."
With “R.I.P.”, we now know the third single from the upcoming album Decades, following MIW's previous releases “Afraid Of The Dark” and “Playing God (feat. Corey Taylor)”. The album drops on July 17, 2026—which means it's coming out in just one month!
