The new horror comedy Ready Or Not 2 hits cinemas on April 9—and, as expected, Ice Nine Kills are once again featured on the soundtrack. But the band didn’t just release the song along with a music video; they also shared some rather unusual details about how they actually met.
In the announcement for the track “Hell Or High Slaughter,” singer Spencer Charnas says with a wink:
“What people don’t know is that the way that Ice Nine Kills actually met is that all of our fathers were in Grave Diggler.”
According to this story, they’ve now reunited to do the filmmakers a favor and re-record a Grave Diggler song.
