At the end of June, Motionless In White played at our 20th anniversary at Impericon Festival 2025. On stage pure energy, even more so in the crowd! Backstage it was a bit calmer, and in the conversation with us, Chris Motionless became a bit nostalgic looking back at the good old days of van tours with Motionless In White. Nightliner or Van Tour?
In our format ‘25 Questions’ we repeatedly put Chris to the choice. This time about the decision between comfort and memories from the band’s beginnings. So, Nightliner or Van Tour?
Chris: “That’s such an interesting answer because obviously a bus is going to be much more comfortable. You can lay down and sleep. Even though, you know, being over 6 feet tall, it’s not comfortable in a bunk. But clearly that’s what I would pick. But I miss the van days more than anything in the world. I would give anything to have them back or to be able to rotate between the two. The best memories of tour I’ve ever had are in the van.”
