Rock Phenomenon From Germany

Antiheld was formed in 2011 in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, and have since secured a solid place in the German Rock scene. The band consists of Luca Opifanti (vocals, guitar) and Matthias "Matze" Brendle (bass), whose collaboration on stage and in the studio shapes the unique soundscape of Antiheld. Despite their consistent lineup, earlier changes and the diverse musical backgrounds of the members have influenced the band. With releases such as their debut Keine Legenden (2017) and the follow-up Goldener Schuss (2019) on Arising Empire, they have celebrated considerable successes, including high chart placements and recognition in the trade press. Their album Disturbia was released in 2021 and entered at number 21 on the German album charts.
