The series started in 1997, with the first episode painstakingly created using cut-out animation on a computer, and the creators have been producing new episodes continuously ever since. Nowadays, it takes them just six days to create an episode. Did you know that South Park holds the Guinness World Record for the animated series with the most swearing?
