How do I return my items?
Please make sure to use a proper box, protective bag or padding paper to wrap the stuff that is supposed to be returned to us. Don´t forget to enclose the return form and assure that the shipment is postpaid addressed to:

Please pay attention to the following:
Please note the deadline for all returns is 30 days after the arrival of your delivery, you can return any item for whatever reason.
The item has to be unwashed.
Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.
Unsealed CDs, DVDs or Vinyls can not be exchanged.
Refund
Total duration: 7 - 10 working days until your refund will be with you.
Your refund will be done within a maximum timeframe of 10 working days after your return has been processed. Depending on the chosen payment method in your order we automatically refund the amount via PayPal or Credit Card.
Please note: You will be refunded for the amount originally paid (excluding your original shipping costs).
Paypal: Refund will be processed within 5 working days.
Credit Card: Refund will be processed within 5 working days.

Do I need a over wrap to return my shoes?
Yes, you do! Please do not use the shoe box as only over wrap and use a protective bag, pading paper or another box.
