When do you ship my pre-order?

We will ship your order in one package in accordance to the release date of each album. The appropriate release date can be found in the product description of your pre-orders. Please note that all your preorder items will be shipped together in one package. In exceptional cases, you may receive your order after the official release date, after we have received the pre-orders from the supplier.

When will the pre-order / special pack be available again?

Our packs are strictly limited to a certain number of available pieces while stocks last. In most cases, pre-orders will still be available to buy in our store after the release date.
