Shipping
We send your order as an insured package. We work together with HERMES and apply each package with a HERMES Ident Number. Each shipment is insured, protecting you from any issues that may arise during shipping.
Delivery Time / Availability
The delivery time can take up to 5 days (including Saturdays) from the day of the handover of the parcel to HERMES. Orders via PayPal and Credit Card are generally ready for shipping within 24 hours (excluding week- and holidays).
Delivery
HERMES will carry out up to 4 delivery attempts (between 7.30am and 8pm): If the mailman is unable to deliver, he will leave a note with the information for the next delivery or which neighbour accepted the parcel for you. Furthermore there will be an option to either leave a note for the mailman with an alternative delivery address/ time or to get in touch with HERMES via phone to arrange the delivery.
Safe Place Delivery
HERMES offers a convenient delivery option which enables the mailman to leave your parcel at an agreed neighbour/ spot in case you are not at home. Please note that there has to be an agreement/ contract between the deliverer and the recipient to use this service.

Returns
If you want to return an item, please note the deadline for all returns is 30 days after the arrival of your delivery. Please arrange a free of charge collection of your return at www.myhermes.co.uk/returns/impericon
Just register, enter the requested details and set up a collection date. Select “Pay Now” (it´s free and your credit card won´t be charged), agree to the Terms and Conditions and you will be taken to the print your return label step. Please allow up to 5 working days from the actual date of collection for your return to reach us. You can track your parcel by entering the 16 digit barcode reference from your label or confirmation e-mail and entering the following postcode M12 4AH
You will usually receive your replacement or refund within 7-14 days although during busy periods, refunds may take longer. Of course you are welcome to e-mail us at any time to check on the status of the return.
